What bounce houses are available?

Visit our bounce house page for the details on our current inflatables.

What is your delivery area?

We deliver to the Greater Cincinnati area. Any events in Hamilton, Butler or Warren County will receive free delivery, other counties (including Clermont) will be assessed a minimum delivery fee of $20. You can view our delivery area here.

What is the rain policy?

The bounce house can be operated in light rain or wind, but in heavy rain or storms, it must be turned off, with the blower moved inside. If your event needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, you can still do so up until the day before you are scheduled.

How long is the setup time?

A set up usually takes 20-30 minutes, but it can sometimes take longer. We recommend scheduling your delivery time about two hours before your event starts if possible.

What surfaces can the bounce house be operated on?

Preferably grass, because the bounce house needs to be securely tethered. If necessary, the bounce houses can be operated on concrete or indoors with heavy objects like sandbags holding them down. We do need advance notice if the bounce house is to be set up on anything but grass.

How much space do you need?

16' x 20', including the space around the sides.

How many people can use the houses?

13' x 13' bounce houses have an occupancy limit of 600lbs, 15' x 15' bounce houses have an occupancy limit of 750lbs. Some 13' x 13' bounce houses have height/age limits—please inquire for details.

What are the requirements for powering a bounce house?

Our blowers are designed to work from a standard home power outlet. That’s a 110v, three prong outlet. If you have only two prong outlets, we will need you to provide an adapter. Each bounce house blower pulls 8 amps. That’s about as much electricity as a leaf blower—it won’t blow up your electric bill! Two or more bounce houses cannot be plugged into the same circuit, however, and if you are trying to run a lot of other things on the same circuit as the bounce house, the blower might not operate at full power.

If you do not have a power outlet at your location, we can still get you a bounce house! Just rent a generator (2500 watts or higher) from any local tool rental shop or large DIY store. We do not rent generators.

Is there a damages deposit?

We no longer require a damages deposit.

Is there a reserve deposit?

No, we do not require a deposit to reserve a date. There is no payment taken until delivery. If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up until the day before it is scheduled to arrive.

What are the supervision requirements?

The equipment must be supervised by an adult attendant (18 or older) at all times.

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are licensed through the Ohio Department of Parks & Services Amusement Rides Safety Division.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.

What are the procedures if there is an injury/emergency while using the bounce house?

We will train at least one person to deal with any problems that may arise with the bounce house, including what to do in the case of a power failure, bad weather, tears in the bounce house or injury.

Who is liable for injuries on the bounce house?

The individual who rents the bounce house takes full responsibility for all injuries and for making sure all participants practice all safety regulations. Any injuries that result from a failure to enforce the rules and safe playing procedures are the responsibility of the individual renting the bounce house.
